great service, product is very cheap compared to others. I chose China warehouse shipping option so it took some time to my address but it's still good.

Mark kept me updated pretty much every few days so i always knew what was happening with the item. Took about 2 and a half months to get to uk due to being a large item.

But just more expensive cause I need it for my son before Christmas. Oline staff gave me a coupon code so i can buy it with 4249$ that's nice. What‘more, 9 days to reach my house.

The bike is good it’s self, how ever just make sure you ask them if it comes with the VIN number. I wasn’t notified that my VIN number was scratched off completely, I don’t care about it but I know some people wouldn’t be happy. the package was meant to come in 5 weeks from estimate date ended up coming around 75 days later, supplier is okay. they’re legit so if your planning to buy they are not a bad option, might possibly order in the future….

very nice bike received it after a few months of waiting however Ronhack was very helpful throughout the whole process and has very cheap prices compared to other website . highly recommend to anyone who is debating if they should purchase or not.

For the price you can't beat it. I put it together by my self, which was a pain but doable since I live basically at a work shop. These bikes are great if you have knowledge on maintaining it. 100% would recommend to someone starting out riding and someone who doesn't mind playing mechanic

He would ride all day if let him. It runs great on grass, dirt and the road. The best is obviously the road but I was shocked at how great this thing did in the grass. I've had no problem with the battery life of it but then again he usually only rides it for about an hour at a time and he always plugs it in afterwards so we've never had it die on us. It comes fully assembled all you do is put the handle bar on, super easy it took 5 mins. Would definitely recommend

When driving, the ride is smooth, stable, and good ^^* Up to 21 miles per hour can be used for an hour and a half to two hours !!! A lot of people around me say this product looks expensive and they want to buy it too
