We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected to be, and in that unlike event we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
Once you receive a shipping notification, it is too late to cancel the order and you must request a return.
We accept returns within 7 days of original delivery date as long as the item is in the original sealed product box, unopened, and undamaged. If you have sighed to receive the package for more than 7days,we do not accept request of return for any reason.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns
We may elect to not accept or authorize return of products that are not in their unopened, original packaging, or have been altered or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts or components.
Once the product has been returned to us and has been ascertained to be complete (including the “original sealed” product box, with the unit in its original packing materials) and undamaged. Your purchase price, less shipping and handling, will be refunded to you. We do not refund any shipping costs.
