We value your experience and satisfaction. Under certain conditions, we offer a 7-day return service for any Ronhack products.

If you want to return the product(s) to us for a refund or exchange, please read the following guidelines:

1.REQUIREMENTS

① To cancel the order(s) or request a return for a refund, please contact us at info@ronhack.com for instructions and assistance. Once you receive a shipping notification, cancellation is no longer possible, and you must proceed with a return request instead.

② You can cancel the order(s) and request a refund without any charge if your cancellation request is approved before the delivery begins. In such cases, you are eligible for a full refund.

③ We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided the item(s) meet the following conditions:

The item(s) must be in their original sealed product box, unopened, and undamaged.

Returns are not accepted for item(s) that are opened, modified, or not in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

④ To initiate a return, you will be required to provide detailed information about your order(s), including:

Your order number.

Clear photos of the item(s), showing their condition (unopened, undamaged, etc.).

Clear photos of the original packaging with sealed labels (if applicable).

The number of items you wish to return.

Your request for a refund or exchange (including the preferred size or color for exchanges).

The reason for the return (e.g., damaged upon delivery, incorrect item, etc.).

⑤ We will review your request and provide approval via email, along with the return address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS
The customer is not responsible for the return shipping cost if the item(s) meets the following criteria:

① Defective Item(s): The item(s) is damaged, broken, or stained upon receipt.

② Incorrect Item(s): The size or color of the item(s) received is inconsistent with the order (not based on personal preference or subjective feeling).

 

RETURN CHARGE RATE AND EXTRA SHIPPING FEE

1、For returns that are not related to product quality issues (e.g., change of mind, Requesting a refund during shipping)

 • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

2、If the package has been opened and the original packaging is not intact, but the item remains unassembled, undamaged, and resalable

Return Charge Rate: 10% of the actual payment amount of the order(s).

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

3、For returns due to product quality issues (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item)

Ronhack will cover all return shipping costs, and no additional charges will apply to the customer.

 

We do not accept return requests in the following situations:

1. Incomplete Information:

Return requests without sufficient required information (e.g., proof of purchase, order details, or photos of the item(s) and packaging).

2. Return Window Exceeded:

Item(s) received beyond the 7-day return period.

3. Product Condition:

Item(s) that have been assembled or are not in their original sealed packaging.

Item(s) that have been altered or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts.

4. Improper Handling:

Small cuts, scratches, or damage to the item(s) caused by improper unpacking, cleaning, or handling.

Cracks or structural damage caused by random placement or mishandling.

5. Abnormal Use:

Discoloration, warping, or decay caused by abnormal use, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight or water immersion.

6. Intentional or Negligent Damage:

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, intentional actions, or accidents.

 

Please note the following details regarding refunds:

1. Refund Amount:

Your total refund amount will reflect any website discounts applied at the time of purchase. The value of any used coupon codes will be deducted from the refund.

Any applicable Return Charge or Extra Shipping Fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Refund Process:

Refunds will begin once the returned item(s) arrive at our warehouse and pass inspection to confirm they meet our return policy criteria.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or issued via other payment platforms, as agreed.

3. Credit Card Refunds:

Refunds for credit card payments will be initiated once the item(s) are inspected. The refund timeline depends on the bank processing cycle, which typically takes 10 business days.

4. Other Payment Methods:

Refunds via other payment platforms may take up to 2 weeks to process fully.

5. Processing Time:

Return Requests: We will respond to return or refund requests within 3 business days of receiving your complete information. Approval will generally be granted within 3 business days if all required information is provided.

Exchanges: Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item(s), subject to stock availability.

Refunds: Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). The time required for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method.
