Warranty Policy

We have a comprehensive warranty policy that covers the main components of Amflow. If the product experiences a non-human-induced performance failure within the valid warranty period, you may apply for warranty service.

The e-assist module (including the motor, battery, display, wireless shifter, and charger) is covered under a 2-year warranty, authorized by the manufacturer. The battery is also covered for 2 years, provided that its charge cycles do not exceed 500 times.

 

Other components are directly covered by their respective third-party manufacturers, and the applicable warranty terms should be followed according to the third-party manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Amflow Shipping Policy

We have partnered with authorized Amflow distributors in China to provide 100% genuine Amflow bikes.

 

Due to limited stock, each model typically requires 1-3 weeks for preparation after an order is placed. During this time, we will also arrange for the necessary shipping preparations.

 

Occasionally, in-stock inventory is available on our website. If so, our support team will proactively reach out to you to offer an upgrade to in-stock units, which can be shipped within 1 week.

 

Your order will be shipped via sea freight from Shenzhen, China, to a U.S. port. Upon arrival, local trucking services will deliver your order directly to your specified address.

 

The total price paid on the website includes all costs, so you don’t have to worry about any additional fees during shipping. Additionally, we will provide a tracking number and website at each shipping stage for your reference.

Amflow Return Policy

Amflow bikes are large and heavy items with high shipping costs. If you request a return without reason, or if the shipment is intercepted or refused after dispatch due to reasons unrelated to product quality, you will be responsible for covering the following costs:

• Round-trip shipping fees

• Insurance fees incurred during transportation

• Any additional costs associated with the return process

 

The shipping fee will be calculated based on the logistics carrier rates chosen by Amflow.

 

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from 00:00 (midnight) the day after receiving your order, provided that:

 

✅ The product’s original packaging, accessories, gifts, and user manual are intact

✅ The bike is unused, unactivated, and free from any human-induced damage

✅ The condition does not affect resale value
