── FEROCIOUS POWER ─────────────────────────
The all-new EVO-2 motor is a second-generation permanent-magnet synchronous motor paired with the Bee Matrix field-oriented controller. Peak output is 24kW — a 200% jump over the previous Light Bee X (8kW). Maximum wheel torque reaches 302 ft-lb (410 N·m), a 54% increase. The motor spins to 8,700 rpm (up from 5,200 rpm), while the diameter shrank from 155mm to 142mm. Smaller, faster, stronger.
The Light Bee 2 maintains maximum torque all the way up to 34 mph. At 37 mph, torque still exceeds the previous Light Bee X's peak output. At 43 mph, the Light Bee 2 delivers 3.2× the power and torque of the old model. Centrifugal oil-bath cooling handles sustained high-output riding without thermal throttling.
Seven ride modes — Eco, Daily, Sport, M Custom, Turbo, Crawl, and Reverse — cover everything from technical low-speed terrain to full-power runs. M mode lets you set power, torque, speed limit, throttle response, regen levels, brake priority, and tilt protection independently. One bike, effectively unlimited configurations.
Ride mode breakdown:
- Turbo (T): 24.08kW / 410 N·m / 56 mph — full power
- M Custom: 21.75kW / 410 N·m — fully adjustable output
- Sport (S): 19.36kW / 368 N·m — strong, aggressive delivery
- Daily (D): 12.6kW / 262 N·m — balanced, smooth
- Eco (E): 6.44kW / 210 N·m — maximum range
- Crawl (L): 368 N·m / 7–15 mph — low-speed precision
- Reverse (R): 7 mph — slow reverse assist
Throttle curve: 3-level adjustable (soft to sharp response).
── SEMI-SOLID-STATE BATTERY ────────────────
The Light Bee 2 is among the first production electric motorcycles to use a true semi-solid-state battery, co-developed with QingTao Energy. The gel-electrolyte chemistry reduces electrolyte content, runs cooler, and significantly lowers thermal runaway risk compared to conventional lithium-ion packs.
Battery: 78.54V / 45Ah / 3.53kWh
Weight: 14.9 kg (32.8 lbs)
Cell energy density: 320 Wh/kg

Dual-chamber damping with anti-bottoming system. Direct-mount handlebar clamp for improved fork parallelism and smoother travel. Usable travel: 8.46 inches.
Rear: Completely redesigned linkage system with a higher progression rate — softer initial stroke for small bump compliance, firmer mid-to-late stroke for heavy landings. Upgraded shock body, strengthened damping, lighter spring with fewer coils and more consistent spring rate. Rear shock travel: 3.35 inches / rear wheel travel: 8.66 inches.
Ground clearance: 11.02 inches.
── TRACTION, REGEN & WHEELIE CONTROL ──────
SRTC Traction Control (3 levels): Off-road-optimized traction control system. Three sensitivity levels for quick switching in mud, sand, and loose terrain.
SWC Wheelie Control (2 levels, IMU-based): Real-time pitch angle monitoring via IMU. Millisecond-level motor output coordination for precise, safe wheelie control.
- Level 1 (15–35°): Smooth, early intervention — learning and trail use
- Level 2 (35–60°+): Active control at higher angles for experienced riders
At 85 km/h (53 mph), the Light Bee 2 can still wheelie on pure motor power.
Regenerative Braking: 5-level coasting regen + 5-level braking regen, independently adjustable.
RBS Advanced Regen Braking: Brake lever trigger for one-finger combined braking and energy recovery.
Auto-Hold: Double-click the brake lever to activate electronic parking. Holds position on inclines.
